This is a great coffee that we've managed to buy directly from the farm in Honduras. It is a Cup of Excellence Honduras winner with tastes of sweet cherry, juicy body and hints of caramel.

Sumatra Wahanna Estate


This natural processed coffee is heavy and full bodied. It’s syrupy mouth-feel is nicely balanced by dark chocolate and berry notes. There is a hint of cloves under the sweet berry aroma. This Coffee Estate is in the process of being rainforest alliance and organic certified.

El Salvador los Luchadores


Los Luchadores means "the wrestlers." The farm is Finca San Isidro owned by Francisco Giron. The farm is located in the Atacu Apeneca Mountains. There were only 55 bags available so we snatched up a couple.

Pacamara is a hybrid seed varietal of the Pacas and Maragogype seed strains that seems to have been created in El Salvador. Bean size of this varietal is very large, like its Maragogype predecessor. Pacamara tends to exhibit better cup quality when produced at higher elevations. The flavor profile can be outstanding demonstrating sweet citric notes, outstanding balance and floral attributes.
